F3C PRICING & PAYMENTS
Redistributive Rate
Tier 1: Redistributive Rate | $900–$1200
(equivalent to $75 - $100 per month)
(For those with financial privilege or stable income)
This tier is for participants who have:
Access to generational wealth
Savings or discretionary income
Stable employment with benefits
Homeownership or financial security
The ability to invest in professional or personal development
Paying at this tier subsidizes reduced-cost participation for others and contributes to guest speaker honoraria, community project funds, and long-term sustainability of the program. This is how we redistribute resources across the community.
This tier is suggested if you are financially comfortable and not targeted by systemic racism, even though you recognize that white supremacy harms everyone. Of course, anyone who is able is welcome to choose this tier.

Your financial contribution, alongside any grant and sponsorship monies, helps make F3C possible and accessible, supporting things like the opening circle meal, monthly community snacks, F3C materials, curriculum development, facilitation time, organizer labor, administrative costs, space rental, virtual platform costs (if ever needing to pivot), team communication platform for online collaboration, and accessibility supports (including interpretation, childcare, or other needed accommodations), a sliding-scale scholarship fund for other participants, and seed funding for collective projects. Any remaining funds will be reinvested into sustaining and growing F3C (supporting future cohorts, expanding access and continued community-based efforts) in alignment with advancing racial (and intersecting) justice.
