F3C PRICING & PAYMENTS
Equity Rate
Tier 3: Equity Rate | $0–$300
(equivalent to $0 - $25 per month)
(For people facing systemic barriers, including racism)
This tier is created for:
People with lived experiences of racism
Participants from marginalized communities
Individuals with financial hardship
Those who may spend more emotional energy in this space
Anyone for whom cost is a barrier
Why Tier 3 exists:
People of color often end up doing emotional, intellectual, and/or relational labor in multiracial anti-racism spaces, whether intentionally or not. Offering a reduced rate is one way we honor and redistribute for that labor, while ensuring the space remains accessible and just.
At the same time, we recognize that barriers to participation are not experienced by people of color alone. Financial access can be shaped by many intersecting realities, including class, disability, caregiving responsibilities, immigration experiences, chronic illness, employment instability, and other forms of systemic inequity. This tier is intended for anyone who experiences meaningful barriers to participation and would benefit from additional access support.
No documentation or explanation needed; This is trust-based.

Your financial contribution, alongside any grant and sponsorship monies, helps make F3C possible and accessible, supporting things like the opening circle meal, monthly community snacks, F3C materials, curriculum development, facilitation time, organizer labor, administrative costs, space rental, virtual platform costs (if ever needing to pivot), team communication platform for online collaboration, and accessibility supports (including interpretation, childcare, or other needed accommodations), a sliding-scale scholarship fund for other participants, and seed funding for collective projects. Any remaining funds will be reinvested into sustaining and growing F3C (supporting future cohorts, expanding access and continued community-based efforts) in alignment with advancing racial (and intersecting) justice.
